Adoption of a child from outside the United States is an International Adoption.  The Adoption & Family Support Center has extensive experience in the preparation of Hague Convention Country Home Studies as well as Non-Hague Home Studies.  It is important that you select a home study preparer who is knowledgeable in the current USCIS regulations.  We have many cooperative agreements with Hague Accredited Agencies and are happy to recommend reputable international programs.
